TEAM EVOLUTION STAGES
BY BRUCE TUCKMAN
We use professional diagnostic tools based on Tuckman’s team development model to assess your team’s current stage and identify growth opportunities
PRODUCT STRUCTURE
Pre-work
We start by having both the team and the leader complete the Tuckman assessment. This gives us a clear picture of where the team currently stands in its development. Based on the results, we design a tailored team session that addresses your team’s specific needs and challenges
Team Session
With the facilitator’s support, the team explores the diagnostic insights together — uncovering their strengths and pinpointing where they can grow. From there, they co-create a practical action plan and start putting it into motion right away, taking concrete first steps toward the results they want to achieve
Post-work
With the leader providing ongoing supervision, the team puts their action plan into practice. After 3 to 6 months, we run a second diagnostic to measure progress. The team then receives an in-depth comparative report that highlights growth, tracks changes, and outlines clear recommendations for continued development
