SOLUTION
Leonardo Bridge is a team-building business game in which the team will:
  • Achieve the goal through coordinated joint efforts
  • Analyze their own interaction patterns
THE STORY OF THE BRIDGE
This bridge was invented by Leonardo da Vinci, designed for rapid assembly in battlefield conditions.
His concept was simple: a team of soldiers could construct it in an emergency using only tree trunks found on the riverbank. The logs interweave and lock together without nails or ropes. The more downward pressure applied, the more securely the pieces bind — and the stronger the bridge becomes.

Leonardo named it the Bridge of Safety
GAME MECHANICS
The team is divided into two groups, each positioned on opposite banks of a "river." Each half of the team receives half of the building materials
Goal: construct Leonardo’s bridge using only wooden poles — against the clock
In a comfortable and supportive environment, the team collaborates, communicates, and works together to solve this intricate problem
Allowed:
  • Communicate freely
  • Discuss strategy and tactics
  • Assign roles
  • Test hypotheses
  • Retry as many times as needed
Not allowed:
  • Cross the "river"
  • Use any auxiliary materials
